Aren't they just the most annoying thing ever? I hate when someone copies my work because first off, I worked hard on whatever they copied, and second, it's pathetic. Why can't these people come up with their own ideas and creativity?
This blog was copied by "E.G.H." her blog is: lifeisrealtome.blogspot.com
I'm so disapointed in this writer and I hope they come around and realize they're mistakes.
Has someone ever copied you? How did it make you feel? Comment!

So yeah, Image
Almost everyone sees two images when they look in the mirror.
1. The real picture of the skin they're in.
2. What they wished they looked like.
How did this happen?
Media: For some reason tall, blond and skinny is the media's version of "pretty". I think this is complete BS! Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and backgrounds! However the media is all around us, filling our minds with nonsense. Think about it! Billboards, magazines, TV commercials. They're all filled with fake beauty. By this I mean, overly-done hair, makeup-caked faces, and photo shopped weight and blemishes. Basically the magazines, etc. are covering up the natural beauty of humans with false enhancements. I think it's so pathetic.
Friends: It's human nature to want what you can't have. So when you're friends with someone who has the type of hair you wish you had, or the body image, or the eyes... we tend to get jealous. Like I said, we want what we can't have. So all of sudden this friendship turns into a competition in your mind. When you let your insecurities get to you like that, you can end up ruining a great relationship or friendship.
Parents: Yes! As shocking as it may sound, sometimes parents make us insecure! I have actually heard of parents who tell their children to not take a second serving of dinner because it "wouldn't be good for your weight" and parents who strictly restrict their children from sugary foods just for the sake of losing weight. This is really awful, especially when you consider that parents should be loving and accepting of their child, any shape or size.
What do you think about body image and insecurities?

So yeah, Stereotyping
Stereotyping is a love-hate topic. People either hate it, or they love it. Or they simply don't care.
I'm one of those people who just doesn't care. I mean if your athletic and popular your a jock, no questions asked. If you have choppy black hair and heavy eyeliner, your emo or scene. Unless of course you're a poser or a fake, however that's a whole different story.
A lot of people don't like stereotyping or stereotyp'ers because they feel like it's all too predetermined. I on the other hand feel like you don't have to let yourself fall into a one-word category.
The only thing that irritates me is when people think the cheerleaders and the jocks are the popular ones. This is SO wrong. I went to a school where the emos were the popular ones! It all depends on location and the people your grade is made up of. Everyone has a talent. Just because you can throw a football far or fake smile while shouting... doesn't mean your amazing. Honestly, everyone is amazing, not just one person or one group of people specifically.
If you exclude or ignore people because of how they dress, act or what music they listen to, then you should probably be classified as a low life.
I mean c'mon now! We're all human.

So yeah, Dilemmas
This if for all your ladies out there, because honestly fellas, I have no idea what it's like for you to hit puberty! Haha and I honestly don't think you have it as bad as us girls!
First off, there is some jealous between us. Some girl's start getting a chest earlier or faster than others, and everyone just wants to look more and more like a women! Some people will look too top heavy with C-cups and tiny hips. While others have flat chests and curvy hips. Then of course there are the lucky bitches who get the perfect proportioned body! Grrr! So not fair!
Secondly, it's AWKWARD! Your arms and legs are growing in spurts, so one day you'll wake up and reach for your alarm clock to hit snooze, and you'll misjudge the distance and knock it over! Gahh!
Thirdly, it's weird! Especially the hair! Ugh! 99.9% of girls probably don't like all the places where the hair starts growing and darkening. Shaving legs is such a hassle!
I guess my favorite thing to do when I'm having a shitty puberty moment, is to think of a famous celebrity, and picture her going through the same thing. You try it! Don't tell me it didn't make you laugh!
